Registered Nurse - MICU, FT Days

$15K Sign-on Bonus for nurses with at least 1 year of experience

We are looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, full time Medical ICU RN with strong general critical care skills to become part of the energy and join our team where you will engage in our efforts to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.

  • Demonstrates excellent bedside manner to patients, families and care givers.
  • Performs initial vital signs and admission history.
  • Assessment of chief complaint and notification of physician within 15 minutes of arrival to unit.
  • Monitors and evaluates patient on external and transvenous pacemaker.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients on specific drips e.g. Diprivan, Vasopressors, Paralytics, etc.
  • Complete assessment and evaluation on patient with Femoral Line Catheter.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients with Pulmonary Artery Catheter, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, and Ventilator support.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate from accredited College of Nursing.  ASN required. BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in critical care.
  • BLS and ACLS required.
  • CCRN certification beneficial.
